My journey into the world of coding and digital media began at the age of 13 when I developed my first photography blog and experimented with it. This project sparked my fascination for websites that stand out through beautiful designs and interesting user interfaces. During my bachelor's studies in Stuttgart, I explored the extensive field of online media in numerous dimensions. My academic education covered a wide spectrum, from fundamental IT skills to advanced concepts such as application development, machine learning, and the Internet of Things. Additionally, I honed my skills in management, project leadership, and competence in multimedia environments.

Throughout my studies, I expanded my skills through work in my entrepreneurial venture in event and brand management and a part-time job as a frontend developer. Through entrepreneurship, I learned graphic design and content creation for the web platform, maintaining webshops, and ticketing systems. Particularly, I developed the ability to create good processes, effective team communication, goal-oriented action, and balancing conflicting interests.

My time in frontend development provided me with a deeper understanding of the intricacies of programming and web architecture. In particular, my involvement in various projects at the SIRUP agency familiarized me with a variety of technologies and expanded my range of knowledge. The diverse tech stacks presented many challenges for integrating APIs, synchronizing server and client, and bundling. I proactively took on this task by maintaining and integrating tools and modules to provide the best possible user and developer experience.

One of my recent favorite challenges was implementing a headless CMS for a Next.js integration. With my expertise in backend development with TypeScript, Node, Koa, and Strapi, we successfully realized a robust system and implemented a search API with Elasticsearch.

I aim to optimize processes and develop efficiently. Adhering to the DRY principle (Don't Repeat Yourself), I prioritize clean, reusable code encapsulated within packages and documented. Furthermore, I am interested in new technologies, best practices, and design patterns, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge to advance my environment and enable the adoption of innovation.
